THE DAY WITH THE MOST LIGHT IS THE DAY WE FIGHT.® Join us to help support the Alzheimer’s Association in their quest to end Alzheimer’s. On June 20th we are recognizing those who are dealing with the affects of Alzheimer’s, their families, caregivers and support systems. We are doing this in three ways. The Longest Parade | 10:00am We are hosting a drive-through car parade to bring awareness to this disease. Participation is easy — just let us know you are coming, decorate your car purple and show up for the parade. Help us let our residents and community know how much we care. Lighting Up The Night We will continue to recognize Alzheimer’s and support the longest day, all through the night by lighting our communities in purple. We hope that our neighboring businesses and communities will also do the same. It’s More Than Just Raising Awareness The Alzheimer’s Association needs our help. Because of this we are hosting a fundraiser: We are hosting a penny war between the residents and the staff, so bring some spare change to participate. Families, friends and professionals are encouraged to purchase a daisy spinner in honor of a loved living with Alzheimer’s. The daisy spinners will be on display on Acoya Mesa’s front lawn. For more information on how you can help in the support to end Alzheimer’s and more details on our drive-through parade, please contact us at (480) 275-8300 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to make a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association, we have made it easy for you. Just go to: act.alz.org/goto/TeamAcoyaMesa and donate online.
